These terms cover every project run by Seonso under the Seonso movement and Mushin, including the AI familiars on Telegram (for example Pap0) and the websites at mushin.space. By using a project, you agree to these terms.

The familiars are personal AI companions. They are offered by invitation, to specific people, free of charge. They can keep notes, set reminders, and, if you connect Google, help with your calendar and email.
Familiars use AI. They can misunderstand, mishear a voice message, or make mistakes. Check anything important yourself, especially dates, times, amounts and emails before they are sent. A familiar is not a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and nothing it says is professional advice.
What you write, say and save stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the project to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you connect Google, the familiar acts only on your requests and within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We do our best to keep the projects running, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end a project. If we end one, we will try to give you notice and a way to get your notes.
The projects are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Seonso is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by AI mistakes, missed reminders, or third-party services being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using a project at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end access if these terms are broken.
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it applies.
